our journey
Our interior photography journey began in 2011 with a commission to shoot the brand new Loewe flagship on Mount Street in Mayfair. Since then, we have had the privilege of working with some of the best brands in the most prestigious stores across the country. Over the years, we have built our portfolio and have been commissioned to shoot ‘spaces’ for esteemed names such as A.P.C., Tommy Hilfiger, LN-CC, and A Bathing Ape.
After a decade of living and working in London, Ben and Leanne Benoliel returned to their hometown of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, bringing their creative expertise with them. Ben, a graduate of London College of Fashion with first-class honours, has built an impressive career as a photographer and art director. In 2010, Ben co-founded LN-CC, where he plays a pivotal role as Head of Studio & General Manager. This was followed by the launch of WeAreModest in 2018, a creative agency co-headed by Ben and Leanne.
That same year, Ben & leanne founded Forward Space, an interior photography specialist brand.
In 2018, we began working with Host & Stay North Yorkshire, a holiday let management company. We have since shot over 250 properties all over Yorkshire and as far south as Dungeness. Working closely with CEO Dale Smith, we have focused on producing clean, modern, and exciting imagery for a sector that previously lacked innovation. By applying our meticulous attention to detail, developed through working with demanding clients in the fashion industry, we have set Host & Stay apart from its competitors and contributed to their high revenue and growth.
Alongside this, Ben and Leanne have founded 2812 Studio, a full-service 360° content and production house specialising in photography and videography. Ben also heads his own services as a photographer and art director.
